International orders may be subject to customs delays/fees, which we have no control over.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in unused condition with original packaging. To request an exchange, email support@satohouse with your order details.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
